Returns & Refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased from www.greenpointsolutions.ro, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the time of delivery/pickup. You just need to fill out the return form no later than the 14th calendar day from the delivery/pick-up date.
General Returns Policy
- The products you return must be in the same condition as you received them.
- Returns must be made with all the documents and accessories with which the product was delivered.
- Products upon which unauthorized interventions have been made, those showing signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, or products with missing accessories are not accepted.
- If the return parcel contains products different from those listed in the completed form, after verification by the courier, the pickup will be refused.
Return methods
- Return to our location: SALIS TERRA SERVICE SRL (Bd. Pierre de Coubertin 3-5, 2nd District, Bucharest).
- If the return is made via courier, the transportation cost is borne by the buyer.
IMPORTANT! Before sending the product, please make sure that a label containing the following information is affixed to the parcel:
Sender, Sender address
Recipient: SALIS TERRA SERVICE SRL (Bd. Pierre de Coubertin 3-5, 2nd District, Bucharest)
Return Number: 0759 046 556.
Refund
- The money will be refunded to the account specified by the customer in the return form.
- Funds will be visible in the customer’s account within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Return denied
If your return request has been rejected, then one of the following situations may have occurred:
- The customer changed his mind and did not hand over the package to the courier.
- The courier made three phone contact attempts but was unable to reach the customer.
